Police in the U.S. city of Las Vegas freed the woman who threw a shoe at the former secretary of state and former first lady U.S. Hillary Clinton when giving a speech , local media reported today .
The woman, Alison Ernst , 36 , is charged with disorderly conduct and due in court on June 24 , according to the newspaper " Las Vegas Review- Journal" , citing the district attorney's office .
Ernst was released on Friday the detention center in Clark County , where he was transferred following the incident on Thursday night , when he approached the scene in which Clinton gave a speech and threw a football boot with studs , black in color and orange, the former Secretary of State managed to dodge .
