A medium-intensity earthquake shakes Nicaragua and causes a collapse of 7 homes 
The earthquake has left injured although the exact number is not yet determined 


A magnitude 5.1 earthquake shook this to Nicaragua early Monday , causing the collapse of at least seven houses and wounding , which led President Daniel Ortega to request people to sleep outside their homes against possible aftershocks.
